Coach Houses

In 2018, The City of Ottawa made a Bylaw amendment allowing coach houses on many existing lots within the City. These can be used in many different ways, as supplemental income, generational living or extra space. This coach house displayed below has a footprint of 535 sqft, 1070 sqft of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and mechanical room.
